Vera is a personal AI assistant built and operated by Joseph Price for his own internal use and that of JPrice Industries (Gadugi Crafts, Rezworks Studios, Price Property Services, and River Rat Kayak Fishing). It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the public or to any party outside JPrice Industries.
Vera's integrations (Gmail read-only, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks Online read-only for Price Property Services) are used solely on behalf of its owner, Joseph Price, for his own scheduling, mail summaries, and internal business reporting. They are not used for anyone else's data, are not resold, and grant no rights to any third party. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Vera is provided as-is, for internal use only, with no warranty of any kind. It is maintained solely by its owner.
This agreement may be updated as Vera's capabilities change. Continued use of the QuickBooks integration after an update constitutes acceptance of the current version.
