Vera is a personal AI assistant built and operated by Joseph Price for his own use and for the ventures of JPrice Industries (Gadugi Crafts, Rezworks Studios, Price Property Services, and River Rat Kayak Fishing). It is not a commercial product, is not distributed to the public, is not listed in any app marketplace, and has exactly one user: its owner. This policy describes plainly what data Vera can reach and what happens to it.
Vera connects to two Google accounts that belong to Joseph Price, using Google's standard OAuth sign-in with his own Google Cloud project:
Google user data is used only to provide these features to Joseph himself. It is not sold, shared with or disclosed to anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train any AI model. Vera's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Vera runs on server hardware personally owned by Joseph Price. Message and calendar content is fetched from Google when he asks a question or requests a briefing and is processed by an AI model running on that same server; it is not copied to a third-party cloud service. The only Google data kept on disk is the OAuth sign-in token for each account. Any account sign-in can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and deleting the stored token removes Vera's access.
Vera can show financial figures from a single QuickBooks Online company file belonging to Price Property Services, read only (nothing in QuickBooks is created, changed, or deleted). A short daily summary is retrieved through QuickBooks' own connector using Joseph's Claude account, operated by Anthropic, and the resulting summary is stored on his server. It is never shared with anyone else or used to train any model.
